How Unity Hub started
Our journey began in training around ten years ago. The experience of losing income during the pandemic showed us how difficult accessible support could be to find—and strengthened our ambition to bring it together under one roof.
Today, Unity Hub is building a community of people who want to help others. The right staff, meaningful volunteering opportunities and strong relationships with other services are central to our approach. We listen first, then help each person find practical learning, employment support or the specialist guidance that fits their goals.

The Hub is operated by The Smarter Outsource Service CIC, alongside TSOS Group Limited as a separate training and consultancy partner. TSOS Group Limited hosts TSOS Academy, our partner training platform.
